WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have coaching sessions at both 6am & 8pm every weekday  – you can come to whichever sessions suits you best each day.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The program is £999 if paid upfront – this includes a dedicated personal coach, goal-specific training program, 5 weekly coaching sessions, nutrition support, supportive community, accountability, fitness education and guaranteed results.

WHERE IS YOUR GYM?

We're located on the Station Road Industrial Estate, Magherafelt, Unit 15c.

WHEN DOES IT START?

Once you've completed payment and attended the next available intro session you can start the program right away.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

It’s completely your choice – you can carry on as a fully fledged member 'post 12 weeks' by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you longer term we can part ways with no hard feelings.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT ALREADY?

Nope – everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 12 weeks.
